·       Has strong desire and has energetic drive to reach the goal.

·       Has talent in timing to seize the right moment. Does not wait for opportunities to surface, instead searches for them or creates them.

·       Has Lion or Lion+Fox personality (Lion personality: responsible, powerful, courageous, aggressive, team player; Fox personality: cunning, quick, not a team player)

1.    His view of life

·       Tries to make life an enjoyable experience for himself and others around him.

·       Knows he can be most successful in what he likes.  Selects his activities accordingly, including his profession.

·       Has a happy family (spends much more time in finding a “good” wife than in buying a car)

·       Work like a one-minute-manager: He is fair to others and does not hesitate to (immediately) praise and (constructively) criticize others using careful wording. If necessary, ask for apology without being excessive (be brief and get to the point).

·       Has integrity: Delivers what he promises, knows how to say “No” if he cannot deliver.

·       Has a small but close network of friends with whom he meets regularly and they support each other.

·       Has mentors to coach him through his personal and professional lives.  The mentor can be a relative for his personal life and a successful colleague for his professional life.

·       Questions the given information and looks for the facts.

·       Thinks laterally (i.e., looking from different angles, creative thinking), quickly analyzes the circumstances and arrive at right conclusions faster than others.

·       Is very focused on what he is doing (once he decides, he hardly diverts his attention to other work or opportunities), however he regularly assesses how he is doing and knows when to change or quit.

·       Takes calculated risks and does not hesitate to take actions after carefully and quickly analyzing the circumstances. 

5.    His adaptability to changing circumstances

·       Knows any change can bring new opportunities. Looks forward to new challenges.

·       Knows the best way to meet the new challenges is to gain new skills (personal and professional) through continuous learning.  

·       Strives to improve himself; does not compete with others but himself only.

·       Takes lessons from the past experience, but does not waste time in grieving over the past mistakes.

·      Knows that a healthy mind goes with a healthy body and acts accordingly (does sports, no smoking and excessive drinking).

·      If does not have a good memory by nature, develops techniques to improve it.

·       Has excellent organizational and time management skills (be tidy, organize ahead, write down what to do and prioritize work)
